Appointment Scheduling

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online platform, phone, or email.

A confirmation email or message will be sent to finalize the booking.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Dogs showing signs of illness (e.g., vomiting, diarrhea, contagious skin conditions) will not be groomed.

Grooming is not a substitute for veterinary care.

If the dog has matted fur, we may need to shave it down to avoid discomfort or injury.

Severe matting may incur an additional fee due to
extra time and effort required.

Grooming, especially in cases of matted dogs, involves inherent risks that may result in injuries such as cuts, nicks, scratches, or skin irritations. While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, these risks cannot be completely eliminated.

Our groomers use their professional judgment to determine the appropriate grooming techniques for your pet. This may include shaving or trimming matted areas close to the skin to prevent discomfort or injury, always acting in the best interest of your pet’s health and well-being.
